WELCOME!

The Fusion Athletics Booster Club (FABC) is made up of family members from all levels of our cheerleading program, coming together to support our athletes.

What Do We Do?

The Fusion Athletics Booster Club is a non-profit organization committed to supporting the clubs, athletics and extracurricular activities of Fusion Athletics by providing volunteers and financial support. Our mission is to promote excellence in the programs and the people we serve.

How To Receive Booster Club Funds

Step 1:

Read the FABC Handbook.

Step 2:

Sign the FABC Handbook.

You need to have signed the acknowledgment sheet at the back of the handbook to move forward with fundraisers and requesting funds.

Step 3:

Complete the Booster Club Funds Request Form.

All requests that are made on or before the 15th of the month and have a receipt accompanied with it, will have their funds deposited by the 30th of that month.

In order to have funds that have been earned either added to your account or excess funds returned by check this form needs to be filled out and submitted to the booster club. Receipts are needed for all funds that been requested. Receipts can be turned in to the front desk, uploaded to this form or emailed to the booster club. Please have your name attached. Forms are due by the 15th of the month.
